“I think we are all reasonable people and we know Mark was simply trying to do the very best he could for us (and you). I don’t think there is anything we can do about the scratched floor – we might be able to somehow “polish” out the scratches but perhaps we should have moved the fridge out of the way before Mark arrived. Please make sure Mark doesn’t beat himself up over it – he did a fabulous job and we are very happy with the floor. Thanks also for confirming the right amount was sent – we don’t need any more as we have two spare tiles and we have resolved our window sill problem (we were going to use any spare floor tiles). Mark was surprised as he said there was no wastage to speak off (he certainly didn’t leave any here). Anyway, many thanks for your excellent service, honesty and rapid reactions to my email about the scratches and quantity. We would certainly recommend you to others and come to you for any future supply/work if the need arises (I doubt you do quality, rustic, v-edged engineered Oak flooring at a very competitive price – supply only?). Please do pass on our gratitude to Mark for doing such a fabulous job and so fast. Hope his hotel was OK. Best wishes, Simon & Kathy Drew”

“I have almost completed this garden project now (just waiting on a water feature) ... but never fear, I used the slate that you quoted for to do it! I think my order has probably slipped below the radar because I phoned on a Friday and you were already swamped with calls, so I didn't get chance to speak with you. Your colleague who fielded my phone call arranged the order and delivery for me. The delivery all arived as arranged and the slate has since been laid. I'm happy with the colour variation of the slate as thats exactly what I was after and the quality of the individual tiles was very good. I'm very pleased with the final result so top marks to you all for the product and service :)”

“Stoneworks provided a very professional service throughout. I have used the 600 x 400 slate tiles throughout the ground floor of our house and everybody has commented on the quality. For a natural product they are excellent. I would recommend and use Stoneworks again.”
