“Good customer service for the order but the delivery company were awful and I was told by the driver i had to unload the hearth from the lorry myself and the lorry had no tail lift!!”

Thank you for your review. I can only apologise on behalf of our hauliers as they are contracted to deliver on a Tail Lift vehicle, and obviously, on this rare occasion this did not happen, for which we cannot apologise enough.
