“Never received my order found it difficult to get in touch with the company am disgusted as it was a gift for a family member whose child had passed away! Poor distribution!”

“Beginning to think I have been ripped off, essentially paid £16 for 2 pieces of paper and a poster, the leaflet that was supposed to come with it, didn't. I have been trying to access the star registry for the best part of 2 weeks and have not been successful. The server times out and when I contacted them they said it was a technical issue their side. This has not yet been resolved.”

“The package I orderd was very lovely but abit deceiving I selected the £58.99 order as it stated what it included, which was a full set up certificate book and a wooden engraved star, which I ended up having to pay an extra £22.99 at the check out for so I wasnt happy about this. Other than that I was happy with my order.”

“first i get a gift tin with no reference number, that was sorted, then the instant download goes to a bad gateway, no link to download the certificate anywhere on the site, even the online form for help goes to a page that states "WHOOPS! This Page Is No Longer Available!" i would never order again. the person that got it for me is distraught as it was a gift to me after my mother died”

“Very easy to order online, took a little while to arrive but assumed it was due to covid restrictions! Made my mum cry as it was a birthday present named after her dad who she recently lost! Very thoughtful and info is bob on (star location etc)”

“Fantastic customer service from Natalie, I sent a email explaining it was for my cousins funeral and a gift for her family as she died very suddenly and I received the product within two days of ordering saying she will prioritise it and she did, I received it and it’s beautiful. Highly recommend this company and product. Natalie obviously needs recognising as she has excellent customer service skills.”
