“I ordered my star and paid for 2-3 day delivery and I did not receive the star until 13 days after the order was placed, I was given multiple excuses during to this time as to why the star had not been delivered. I will not be availing of these services again.”

“I got Starlistings to name a star for my hubby as a Valentine gift. The order was placed just 3 days before Valentines day, but the gift arrived on the time stipulated. Hubby was "completely overwhelmed" in his own words :) It's an amazing gift! Thank you Starlistings :)”

“I ordered a listing two weeks before Valentine's day for my husband and it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of February. However, nothing was received. I tried sending messages to the customer service about 4-5 times over a week. I also tried calling them. I got no answer and no gift. I asked for the bank to refund me. Very bad service! I am very disappointed.”

“Very happy with nearly everything except for my poster was not in my pack and I emailed the company to tell them, but I have had no reply back off them which is really not on. I was going to order another star from them, but I'm going to order it with someone else now.”

“Just want to thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. I purchased the remembrance star listing pack with the plague for my husband following his Mothers death. I was not sure what to expect, this is fantastic pack and so well presented. I will be telling friends about your company. I would like to thank the lady that I spoke to on the telephone.”

“I try to see my star on google sky and I never found it and my girlfriend never receive the text message. All I have to think that I pay for something if 3 pdf files. Maybe it was real but I start thinking maybe it was fake ...”

“I was not going to review this site but since they refused to reply to my emails seeking assistance and then had the cheek to ask for a review, I thought I would. I bought a Groupon voucher that wouldn't work for a couple of days because the communication between the two companies is a joke. As I was in a hurry to receive the pdfs before valentines day I had to send a number of emails which were mostly ignored and I didn't receive my order on time, even though I ticked the instant email box at check out. I am not impressed with the appalling costumer service and do not recommend Star listings if you're looking for a last minute gift.”
