“With so many gift options to choose from it took a while to decide which gift I wanted to purchase, but the videos on the website were excellent in helping me to make this decision. This was a really important gift for my cousin, I named a star in memory of her partner who passed away very suddenly. What I really liked is that you can personalise the registration of the star to a person - their star sign, a special date that is meaningful to that person, such as their birthday. The order was confirmed and sent very quickly, I received a text to confirm the delivery date and time-slot. My cousin was delighted when she opened the gift, there were lots of happy tears and she was absolutely thrilled with such a beautiful, thoughtful gift. She framed the certificate, card, hand carved oak star with some of the feathers, and proudly displayed it at her partner's wake.”

“Love this gift, I only searched on Sunday evening for a christening gift for my grandson, I wanted something different and unique.. Arrived Tuesday lunchtime 2 days after placing my order. Looking forward to seeing my daughters face when she opens this gift up on her sons christening day. Something that will last a lifetime 😊”

“Lovely product well presented. However, customer service is non existent! When placing the order, I requested a different delivery address direct to the recipient. The address defaulted to the invoice address which I thought was odd. Luckily I noticed before clicking the pay button and reprocessed the order with the recipient address, which was accepted second time around. I emailed the company to make sure they had the correct address as I did not receive an order confirmation (only an email receipt, with amount paid) Without an order confirmation, it is impossible to check the order has been processed correctly. Therefore, I emailed the company twice to check the delivery address had gone through ok and had no response. As this was a memorial gift, it was particularly disappointing when it arrived at my home address instead. I now have the additional expense of forwarding the item to the correct address! I messaged the company to advise them but have been ignored again, so I won’t be placing any future orders, as good customer service is a priority for me.”

“Purchased a bunny gift set recently for my godsons first birthday and only the scroll has arrived when on the photo it shown that the scroll and the bunny came in a beautiful square gift box together, Iv only received the scroll and no teddy and the scroll is in a rectangle box. When contacted customer services they have asked for my reference number and no one has got back to me since, I need the rest of my order ASAP as it is his first birthday very soon”

“Bought for Grandson's Christening. Lovely Gift boxes and well presented, I was delighted with everything Bought. Great service parcels arrived when they said the would and because I bought two they made them easily identifiable for who they were for. One very happy customer.”

“Not only did my gift not arrive after 15 days company calls on a withheld number only to tell me that now order was not fulfilled can't find info and sorry not good enough my gift for my godson has now going yo be order again from someone else poor business practice”

“The end result was brilliant. The person who the gift was for absolutely loved it. The only thing I'd say, is I paid for the quicker service and took a few days longer than it was supposed to, so it's a good thing I ordered well in advance of needing it ready by.”
