“It was such a quick and easy way to choose and order and has absolutely delighted the couple this was bought for. The paperwork came through in no time and was beautifully packaged - which added to the whole gift, I wasn't expecting that at all! I have recommended Starlistings to friends who were interested in buying a star for someone they love.”

“I am actually very disappointed with this product - all to do with delivery! As I had 8 days till I needed the 'star' I opted for 'express' at a HUGE cost of around £8 (for a small box which weighs nothing!) after hearing nothing back form the company as to whether normal delivery would arrive in time. Once I had submitted my order, the lady told me that standard delivery would be fine. After explaining I had already paid the additional £5 on top of standard delivery she said they would refund the difference...I am still waiting...over 3 weeks ago! I have written to them and heard nothing back!! Do not provide promises if you don't mean them - leaves sour tastes and reduces repeat business!! Is already a large cost for something which is free to create...ripping people off isn't nice !!”
