“Not very impressed as there is no way you can locate the star... Other sites give you an app where you can scan the sky to see the direction of where your star is, also I don't know what the Constellation of the star I have look's like, just give a picture of the sky with a circle around bright light. I would like to know the Constellation at least. Also, I don't see why there is an option to have a brighter star when there is no way of seeing the star?? Feedback on this would be great.....”

“I can rate this gift highly enough!!! Beautifully presented and includes lots of information on how to track and see your star. I brought this as a gift for my Son's 18th birthday and he was so pleased with it and said out of all his presents, this was his favourite. I was so pleased I decided to make the purchase.”

“We bought this as an alternative christening present. It was well received by all. It is far superior to the usual money box, spoon, silver pencil type of present. The quality and presentation case were excellent. Cannot fault it. I am sure our great grandchild will look at it the future with awe.”

“This made a lovely gift, it was for a christening. I didn't think it would come with little white feathers and stars in the gift box, but it was a lovely touch. It was so nicely presented with a red silk rose in the scroll (i choose the rose as an extra). I just hope they can locate the star easily with the coordinates.”

“The package I bought was lovely, and the wooden star and teddy of good quality. I am only giving a 2 star listing due to my experience of the customer service I received. I purchased my gift on a Saturday morning, and forgot to apply a discount code. I immediately emailed star listings, and followed the email up with calls on Saturday, Sunday and the following Tuesday and Thursday, but was unable to speak with anyone: I therefore left two voicemails. I emailed again and tried the chat function on several occasions all to no avail. I have still not received a response to any of my messages. I did consider refusing delivery of the item, but chose not to as it was a birthday present for my daughter. I will not, however, use Star Listings again.”
