“Great quality stamp, perfect recreation of design I sent. However there was no communication, so I didn't know if the design was the right size or quality, and was left worrying about it until one day it arrived through the post! Other than that all great :)”

“This is hard for me to review....\n\nThe stamp is lovely and clear and high quality and Sarah was easy to deal with. \n\nBut unfortunately it took a long time for the designer to turn my drawing into the actual design, which meant it only arrived after many weeks. \n\nSarah was very apologetic and included some extra stamps as a goodwill, which was a lovely gesture but didn’t change the time I had to wait.\n\nI would use stampit again, but would be clearer about expectations and ask for stronger commitment to timescales.”

“A bit of confusion with my order getting lost in the fray, but was very nice about getting back to me the two times I asked about it! Once it was proofed and made, it was sent out quickly but still didn't make it to me until 12 days later. There was no tracking number, but I'm not sure how that kind of thing works in the UK so that could just be a thing. Once it got here, it was good quality and I am very satisfied with it! Just the right size and just as the proof looked! Thanks Stampitstore!”

“The stamp itself was perfect and works really well and the design discussion was clear.\n\nThere was a delay between placing the order and having contact to create the design and I had to chase, and once I had sent details there was another weeks delay to get a design (which again I had to chase for) so I wouldn't recommend if you were in a rush\n\nOnce the design was confirmed the stamp was made and shipped in good time”
