“The stamp looks great. It took a while to arrive and I had to chase it up. When I contacted them customer service was really helpful though and they got the stamp sent out the same day.”

“Really surprised with my order arriving with the acrylic dye offset from the handle. However, albeit the communication was above and beyond to have it replaced, the additional time required to do would not prove well for my curing soap. So with a little research, I used nail polish remover to separate both parts to re-glue. Worked a treat and cost less than sending it back in the post. It did however warp the acrylic just a little, but it still does the job.”

“I liked the on-line design tool- easy to choose styles and fonts, plus simple to upload existing logo. My company has a long name so only one of the three font choices fitted, I'd have liked a second font choice that fitted my lexicon. My logo is quite long, so was a little small on the final design- my fault as I could have tried a larger stamp design. What arrived was as portrayed in my final design and fit for purpose. I liked the self-inking stamp design and protective cover was a bonus. Delivered on time and matched my spec.”

“The clay stamp I ordered is fantastic, however it clearly says on the website that orders would be shipped the day after an order is placed. For clay stamps apparently this is not the case (mine didn't arrive until 6 days later despite paying for priority first class), so the information needs to be updated.”

“Excellent company with good customer relations and very helpful. I gave 4 stars as I found it difficult to work out the size of the actual stamp. My stamp was too big and even though they were extremely helpful and offered a discount to order another one, the stamp I received was too big for purpose”

“Generally very good. A few technical hitched when uploading vector based images so had to settle for a png but that didn't cause any problems. The stamp is great! Used it for our wedding stationary!”
