Really surprised with my order arriving with the acrylic dye offset from the handle. However, albeit the communication was above and beyond to have it replaced, the additional time required to do would not prove well for my curing soap. So with a little research, I used nail polish remover to separate both parts to re-glue. Worked a treat and cost less than sending it back in the post. It did however warp the acrylic just a little, but it still does the job.
