“Disappointed with the stamp received as quite illegible. These small stamps need to be limited on what is written as when you are completing it on screen it looks very clear but actually in real life it's really not. I will be ordering another one but a larger one I think. Customer care cannot be faulted though.”

Hello Thanks so much for leaving us feedback. We appreciate loyalty stamps being so small at 10mm diameter can be hard to read when there is allot of text on it. We can't reduce or restrict how much text is entered unfortunately on our online stamp designer. 10mm stamps are essentially only really for very simple details, like a small clipart or one or two words at most. We do not want any of our customer being unhappy with any of our products we are a small family business and our business has grown on trust and recommendations, so on that basis please can you email Daniel at daniel@stampit.co.uk and he will happily remake you another (larger) stamp free fo charge.
