“I ordered my custom stamp from here, but after a week passed I hadn't received anything. I made contact with the company who were very helpful and apologetic. I then waited another one week. I then sent a chaser email requesting an update. I was told the order had been despatched, but the postage stamp shows differently. When it finally arrived, the ink pad I ordered at the same time as the stamp wasn't included. Maybe I was unlucky. I'm happy with the end result of the stamp, but just a little disappointed with the service.”

We hugely Apologise for the delay on your custom stamp. We did have to redraw your artwork on more than one occasion and also spent a huge amount of time, getting the fonts correct and making sure the stamp was perfect before posting. We price ourselves on the quality of our stamps and on occasion we do need more time to ensure this. However we do appreciate it took longer than usual. We have refunded the cost of your Ink Pad and also sent you one free of charge as an apology.
