“I love my stackers! I’ve always been that person that wants to wear jewellery but ends up running out of time and running out the door! Stackers has made it so much easier to quickly grab some stunning jewellery that makes my outfit 10x better and makes me so much more confident! I love my jewellery and now it actually gets to be worn! Not only that but I am in love my stackers - they look amazing and put a smile on my face every time I look at them! Such a great purchase! “The backpack looked lovely, however the front pocket zip was faulty and constantly catches when trying to open and shut. Tried contacting some where they took a week to reply, they were very unhelpful stating another team would contact me, however no one did. So I returned which they have taken £4 out of my refund for returning a faulty item. Be aware, they don’t care about their customers at all.”

I can see on our messaging system that our colleagues did respond to your messages once the office reopened after the weekend. Your refund has been processed and because you have returned a faulty item, the £4 returns fee does not apply, so the full transaction amount has been refunded. “Love Love Love these !! Used to have the standard size but recently upgraded to Supersize! Fits all my jewellery in perfectly and love how I can see it all with ease, which makes it so much easier when choosing what to wear each day... Please do not ever discontinue these drawer style ones, so much easier to use..”

Hi Marion, So sorry for your dissapointment. We tried to reach out to you directly regarding this order after it was placed but I am not sure if this message was received. Unfortuantley as the order was palced on our UK site with a German delivery address we had to cancel it and issue a full refund as we are not offering international shipping at this time.
