“Very pleased with the Jewellery boxes 😊Efficient delivery, well packed and impressed that the packaging is recyclable. Quality of the boxes are great and a fab idea in terms of varying layers to suit your needs. Overall, a super experience!”

“It’s not made clear that returns are not included in the order, and the returns process doesn’t work I’ve sent several emails trying to return an item and still not managed as is only emails, no phone contact, and only weekday responses to emails. A very small operation!!”

Hi Moj, I am sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. Details about returns can be found on our returns page: https://stackers.com/returns. It does state that a flat rate of £4 will be deducted from your refund on this page, along with this being shown on the ReBound system once a return is started. With regards to the system itself, we unfortunately have had some issues with certain order numbers as we had migrated our website over to a new platform which caused some technical difficulties with the data linking. However, we are accepting returns and have been helping customers who have been in touch. I have checked through our inbox and cannot find any email from your email address or any emails referencing your order number. Please could you let us know which email address you have sent your messages to so I can make sure we get back to you to as soon as possible?
