“Jewellery box bought as a present. Everyone was really pleased with it. However, within a few days of receiving and using the gift, the clasp broke. The recipient still loves the jewellery box and didn’t want to cause a fuss but as the purchaser, I was very disappointed . I thought I was buying a quality jewellery box that would last - there are many cheaper alternatives available. I didn’t expect the clasp to break within days of using it. I was going to be buying more as Christmas presents, but now I’m not sure they are worth spending the extra money on.”
