“When I ordered my BBB photochromic glasses with prescription insert I was aware that they may not be supplied in time for a forthcoming cycling holiday. Sports Eyewear Direct informed me that they would request that their suppliers completed the order as a matter of urgency. This they did. So after requesting trial glasses Monday, I received the completed order by Saturday. Exceptional service from this company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to fellow cyclists.”

“The site is easy to use and the selection of products is very good. However, I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, or a delivery tracking number. As a non-UK but EU resident that would be very helpful. Today, 5 dats after placing the order I have no idea what is the status and when I can expect the product to be delivered. Not great.”

An automatic email is sent upon placing an order and a second email is sent when the goods are dispatched which will include your tracking details.
