I had a problem with a delivery in the seriously hot weather, with poor handling by the carrier. Nothing to do with Sponge. But I messaged to let them know. Immediatley they volunteered a replacement cake. No quibble at all. Completed in a very friendly and polite manner. You cannot ask for more.
Their gluten free cakes are the best we have had from anywhere. The Pinata for a birthday was brilliant.
