“I ordered a vegan chocolate sponge cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday and honestly, I was blown away. It was incredibly moist, rich, and chocolatey, I genuinely couldn’t believe it was vegan. The flavour was indulgent without being heavy, and it tasted like a proper luxury chocolate cake rather than an alternative version. I even tried a slice warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was next level, the chocolate softened and melted slightly, making it even more delicious.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to the customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong cake at first, but when I reached out, they changed it for me quickly and efficiently with no fuss at all. They were so helpful and accommodating, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Amazing company, outstanding service, and genuinely the nicest chocolate cake I’ve ever had. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone - vegan or not!”
