“This was a birthday gift for my mum’s 70th birthday. The cakes were delivered on time, which was perfect, and the packaging and presentation were fantastic.
Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the cakes themselves. They were just okay, but I expected more in terms of flavour and moisture, as they could have been softer. I’ve had better cakes elsewhere, so although I was very impressed with the delivery and presentation, the cakes themselves would probably prevent me from ordering again.”
“Paid extra for it to be delivered on specific day but never arrived till later on and my friends shop closed by 4 pm and never tried delivery till nearly 6 pm so they had to deliver next day so not very pleased”
“The cake itself is fine, but its never a 12 person cake, its 8 at best.
Delivery... a bit rubbish as amazon just throw boxes at doors and run away, which granted is not really sponges fault directly but still not idea.
It would be nice to see an option for a 30cm cake to searve 12/16.
Also the cakes are a lot of money for what they are.”
“When I tried mini cakes first,was wow good ,and i have ordered birthday cake for my son,but there was different thing,sponge not sponge,taste nothing,sorry but this was my experience this time,and delivery they don’t care about arrows and fragile signs! Thanks anyway!!!”
