“Sponge was good. My husband who needs gluten free enjoyed the cake and made a remark and asked where I had got it from. Just finished it yesterday, eating it every day so it didn't go to waste.”

“The cake looked absolutely fantastic and tastes amazing too, although the flavours could be a tiny bit stronger in some cases (eg. I like my lemon drizzle with a really strong lemon flavour). It's really moist and is still very edible nearly a week after it's delivery. However, I would suggest considering use of a different courier, as we get a lot of Amazon deliveries and I did wonder what state it would arrive in. Keeping it up the right way without any sudden movements is a big ask of someone with such a huge delivery output, and we did have to carry out a couple of small repairs.”
