“Excellent cake, great communication. Normally I wouldn’t mind a delivery being a day early, but when it’s a cake of great importance you can get a bit nervous. Luckily I only work 50mins away. Very well packaged and very delicious too. Could not recommend any one better to produce a gluten free cake that was the most amazing moist sponge ever. Thank you for making my wife’s 50th cake so special 🎂🥳”

For delivery, the website advises us to choose 1-2 days before we need it to give time for delays. I picked the day before because I was free that day but it didn’t come till the next day where I was less free and anxious that I would miss it. I understand that delivery is somewhat out of your control but it did impact my experience. When it arrived, it was packaged very securely and the cake was in good condition.”

had selected dhl delivery and it wasn't used. There was no given time slot and the cake was left on its side behind my bin.”
“Ordered the fabulous sharing platter which is a huge amount of cake. On recommendation by the site, we ordered to be delivered a day earlier than needed and it actually arrived the day before this. On the downside, this did mean by the time the cake was served it was likely 5 or 6 days old and was a little dry as a result but still tasty. We opted to freeze any remaining slices but I think the experience would have been improved if the cake had been fresher.”

The only little thing for me, would be to have some sort of label on the actual slices to help identify which one is which. The pictures on the guide wasn't that clear for my family and I.
Even though the courier isn't affiliated with yourselves, he carried the cake upside down, so some of the slices were smushed and a little banged up.”
