“Fantastic prices and customer service . I emailed to check returns policy and they were kind enough to get back to me very quickly with full details . Standard returns would be within 30 days, however I explained the item was a gift for my Son’s Birthday which would fall past the 30 days and they have been kind enough to extend until then for me as gesture of goodwill. Great customer service !”

“I had never used Spiralseven before and have to say i was blown away with the service, used online chat to ask a few questions, rapid response and really helpful. Order a hoodie for my son and can well packed within two days, good communication via email about the item being dispatched and estimated delivery date. Would highly recommend and will be definitely be using Spiralseven again. Keep up the great work :-)”
