“Beautiful big bath, mood lights are lovely and worth the extra. Minimum jet were a good choice for me and I’m glad I went for flush ones you can’t feel them at all. Great communication and delivery was ok, although arriving at 6pm on a Friday night was ideal as all workmen had left for the weekend so had to stay outside on the pavement for the weekend.”

“Right from the start we knew we had made the right decision to buy from this seller, within a couple of days we had a call to check on our order and thankfully we were asked about the position of the controls which we had neglected to check if we required l/h or r/h so it was changed there and then without any issues. Really smooth purchase from start to finish and we were kept upto date on dispatch and delivery dates which were as promised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and the customer service is 1st class.”

“We bought the oriental soaking tub and extended bath waste. We haven't used the product yet as we are still finishing our bathroom remodel. So far we are impressed with the products. It's a very robust tub. We are installing a shower mixer with bath filler on the wall. It sits on feet and has been framed with wood. We'll be tiling the outside of the tub. My family and I are really looking forward to using this!”

“This was the cheapest whirlpool bath that I could find online, so it crossed my mind that I might be compromising somewhere. However, ordering was easy, customer service was brilliant (immediate phone call to discuss position of controls and delivery) and delivery earlier than expected. We haven't quite finished the bathroom yet - but I've added a photo (the ducks were a present from my daughter! 🤣). The bath is amazing, I'm so glad I bought one - it's bliss!”

“Not had the electrics connected yet as our electrician (our son) has a heavy workload. Used the bath everyday since I installed it. My only criticism is the wooden block in the top is too far away to secure the bath with the metal L shaped bracket. The pump is directly beneath where the wooden block should be but is much further in. We really wanted a Monoblock bath tap but did not like the designs in a very limited choice of designs. The design we did like was priced just under the purchase price of the bath.”

“After non delivery at set date, I made enquiries and the next day my bath was delivered, with a small gift of crystals as apology. The bath was not fitted until today as the fitter was on holiday. Today the fitter told me there were no feet. As time was vital, he fitted the ones from the original bath. I am very disappointed considering the price involved. Paula Lawrence”

Hi Paula, Sorry to hear you had problems with installation. The feet are strapped to the pallet, this is checked twice before dispatch so they must have gone missing in transit to you. If you would like some new feet sent out please let me know. I'll ask the aftercare team to contact you this week.
