“We ordered the Mistral 11 jet whirlpool bath and upgraded to 16 jet chrome air spa, when ordered a phone call was received to confirm the order and a clear outline of expected delivery was provided.....excellent communication throughout. The bath is wonderful, provides a total spa experience in your own home and would recommend the low foam bath oils (they smell amazing) and cleaning solutions that are sold from the web site. Would definitely buy from this company again without any hesitation.”

“Fast, efficient service . The whirlpool cleaner is easy to use regularly and it is much better to use it in the water after you have used the bath rather than having to spend time filling the bath , cleaning with a different kind of solution, emptying and then refilling again as I did with a previous cleaner.”

“Having ordered the bath in good time I was disappointed that it was not delivered on the agreed date but two days later! The quality of the bath seems good and the motor is reasonably quiet in operation. I was slightly disappointed with the seemingly lack of power from the water jets and wonder if a slightly more powerful motor might have been an advantage!”
