“Excellent service from Tim and Sue at Southern Mortgages. I needed to re-mortgage in a hurry and Tim got the process started very quickly with a successful result in a short time. He kept me informed about what was going on and followed up to make sure things had gone as expected after I received the money from the re-mortgage. I will definitely be using Southern Mortgages again. Would highly recommend.”

“We got income protection, life cover and critical illness cover for our family, all grown up things that we've been ignoring for a while just because of all the admin that comes with it. Luci Knott made the whole process accessible and simple, she explained it all clearly and was always available if we had questions. I couldn't recommend her enough, she's a rockstar!”

“Highly recommended. Excellent customer experience. Karen was professional, friendly, and extremely patient with our endless questions. She was diligent, spoke in clear layman’s terms, and made herself available during what was a very stressful and emotional process. Nothing fazed her – I am a first-time buyer working freelance in the film and television industry with a limited company, which made getting a mortgage previously near impossible. Now I am a delighted homeowner! Thank you, Karen!”

“As first time buyers, we didn’t really know where to start we was recommend to Karen. It was the best decision we made. She made the process relaxed and stress free (as much as it can be to purchase a house) I would recommend Karen to anyone that needs a mortgage advisor. Efficient, organised and helpful. We had some bumps in the road, but nothing that Karen wouldn’t help find a solution for.”

“Karen helped me through a very stressful time when moving from my family home, to a new property with my children. Karen is incredibly competent, and took the confusion away by dealing with all the paperwork, liaising with the mortgage lender and solicitors whilst keeping me updated at every point. “Luci Knott from Southern Mortgages was an absolutely fantastic broker during a recent conversion of a residential mortgage to a BTL mortgage with release of funds. She managed to get me an excellent rate and helped me to complete in a very quick turn-around despite all of the economic turmoil going on in the background. Luci is very quick to respond to emails and always went above and beyond. She also helped me out a great deal with life insurance/critical illness cover. I look forward to working with her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her!”

“Having recently completed on my first home it’s not something I ever could have done without Lucia’s help! She was an absolute god send in helping us get the exact amount we needed to buy the first home we looked at. She helped take a lot of the stress out of one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do. She was always on hand to answer questions and always quick in answering or letting us know anything that was needed from us in the process. I couldn’t recommend enough.”
