“Sue helped us with our recent remortgage and has been brilliant from start to finish! It wasn't a straightforward case and it took longer than expected (Conveyancers fault) but Sue kept us updated with what has happening throughout the whole process. Fab service and I would highly recommend Southern Mortgages.”

“Sue was recommended to me when I needed a remortgage and from initial contact Sue was professional and extremely helpful. Every step of the way was well communicated and Sue was always available to answer any daft questions I had - she made a somewhat upsetting transition a lot more bearable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sue in the future”

“Karen was absolutely brilliant dealing with my recent life insuance purchase. She was very knowledable about the products and explained all the intricate details simply. There were a few delays due to doctors reports etc but Karen kept me informed through the whole process and went above and beyond pushing it though as quickly as possible. Would highly recomend.”

“Karen recently supported me with a remortgage and house transfer. It wasn't a straightforward situation but Karen took all the stress away and dealt with everything. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout and I got a great deal on my mortgage. “We took out a mortgage as first time buyers and Sue was more than helpful. It had the potential to be a very stressful process which Sue made so much easier for us, by explaining everything that we needed to know in detail, and by being at the end of the phone if we had any queries or questions about anything we did not understand. Sue was such an amazing person and helped us with a lot of questions and queries. We will certainly use her again and will fully recommend her services to family and friends 😊”

“Excellent service throughout the whole process. Tim took the time to get to know me and my circumstances and answered any questions or worries I had. This was especially helpful and reassuring as I’d had a bad experience with another mortgage broker. As a first time buyer there is a lot of information to navigate and understand but it was all explained so well. I would recommend Southern Mortgages highly.”
