Luci Knott from Southern Mortgages was an absolutely fantastic broker during a recent conversion of a residential mortgage to a BTL mortgage with release of funds. She managed to get me an excellent rate and helped me to complete in a very quick turn-around despite all of the economic turmoil going on in the background.
