We took out a mortgage as first time buyers and Sue was more than helpful. It had the potential to be a very stressful process which Sue made so much easier for us, by explaining everything that we needed to know in detail, and by being at the end of the phone if we had any queries or questions about anything we did not understand. Sue was such an amazing person and helped us with a lot of questions and queries. We will certainly use her again and will fully recommend her services to family and friends 😊
