“Edited: customer services reached and will be sending a new device. Thank you Received the device in good time. But went to use it for a second time and it stopped working. I’ve reached out to the customer service department twice, but still no response a week later.”

“UPDATE: I heard back that they would process my refund over a month ago and they still have not done so and they are now ignoring my emails. After ELEVEN emails to this company, and proof that my return of the device was completed in January, they have still not processed my refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company if you don't want to waste your money. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and warning consumers on other review sites. I couldn’t be more frustrated with this company! Immediately after ordering the Sonic Spa 2.0, my physician ordered a CPAP machine for me, and I no longer use my dental device. I reached out repeatedly by email as instructed to return the dental spa with no response. Although they claim to have a no risk return policy, that is absolutely not the case.”

“I initially had a challenging experience receiving my product from Sonic Dental, as it was mostly shipping issues. After speaking with Ava from customer service, they worked very hard to make the issue right and even sent me a free upgraded Sonic Spa Pro as compensation. Ever since then, I have been satisfied with my product and the company.”

We did explain when you asked for a refund that your order had already been picked and packed and could not be stopped at that point and you were free to return the item. As the item was not returned and was still in your possession, we could not provide a refund and consequently the bank returned the money to us. We are happy to send you a new Sonic Spa Pro free of charge if you reach out to us as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks
