“This cleaner works amazingly! It cleans my daughter's aligners and my retainers like brand new! And it works with just water! Don't even need tablets. The process can't be easier! Would totally recommend it! Love my Sonic Spa Pro!!”

“Good website and really straightforward. No Jargon. Also delivery was fast which was great. I’m very impressed with the cleaning unit. Unit works with just water. We liked the fact that the unit was also available in black as it complements it's surroundings. The results from using the cleaning pod are outstanding I have recommended to several friends already.”

“I have been using my new sonic dental cleaning appliance for several months and I am extremely impressed with how effective it works. Whenever I use it to clean my dental appliances, they end up coming out very fresh and I find that my mouth is feeling much better overall.”

“I have been using the Sonic dental device for a few months now and I am really impressed! It keeps my retainers clean and prevents the discolouration. I have a new bottom retainer that I just had replaced and after weeks it still looks brand new! I would recommend getting this sooner than later to keep your retainers as brand new as possible”

“I’ve been using the Sonic Dental Spa Pro since August 2024, and it has exceeded my expectations. When it arrived promptly, I was thrilled to start using it alongside my Invisalign treatment. The Sonic Spa Pro effectively cleans my aligners and eliminates odors, significantly enhancing my daily dental routine. I love how fresh and clean it keeps my aligners. However, after three months of regular use, it unexpectedly stopped working, which was disappointing given its initial performance. Fortunately, the product comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Ava, who was incredibly kind and efficient. Ava responded quickly and helped me navigate the replacement process, resolving my issue within 24 hours. She even provided an alternative solution using sonic dental cleaning tablets while I waited for my replacement. Ava reassured me that my new unit would arrive shortly once they had stock available. Initially, I considered asking for a refund due to my concerns about continuing my Invisalign treatment, but Ava’s support put my mind at ease. After a week, I received my replacement, and it works perfectly. I want to extend my gratitude to Ava for her exceptional assistance. I truly appreciate her help and the outstanding service provided. “I wear an Essix brace at night and for a couple of months now, I have used the Sonic Pro device every morning using just water. It looks like new every time! I did do two deep cleans using the cleaning tablets when I first got it, but now it maintains with water alone. My dentist warned me that some devices of this style are poor quality and can heat too much, but this is one of the good ones. Highly recommend!”

“When I recieved my sonic devise it went on for a brief second then never worked again! I’ve had it for only 5 days. I’m trying to get a refund and I was asked to send a video in, which I did at my inconvience. I requested my full refund back and it’s been taking too long and I haven’t heard back a word! Not a happy customer at all!”
