“I had a terrible experience, trying to return this product which was unopened and unused. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Please note before you buy this product that there is no address to return or return instructions on the website. After dozens of emails and being put off by the company, I was forced to dispute the charge on the credit card company. Never again, lesson learned.”

“I purchased my Sonic Dental about a month ago. I wear a night guard and it was staring to look a little on the yellow side. I used the Sonic Dental the first time on the 5 minutes deep clean cycle and saw a difference immediately. I would recommend it to everyone as a easy way to clean & disinfect a night guard.”

“My three year old night guard was a disgusting colour of yellow. I’ve used Sonic Dental for just shy of two weeks and am amazed at how clean it is now. Definitely recommend and happy with my purchase. If only I took a ‘before’ picture but I was too embarrassed because it was not a pleasant sight!”

“Unable to put 0 stars or I would. Poor customer service and order has not been fulfilled. Now being told as it is part sent I won’t get a refund despite website offering 100 day returns guarantee. Really wish I had not ordered.”

“When I recieved my sonic devise it went on for a brief second then never worked again! I’ve had it for only 5 days. I’m trying to get a refund and I was asked to send a video in, which I did at my inconvience. I requested my full refund back and it’s been taking too long and I haven’t heard back a word! Not a happy customer at all!”

“Good website and really straightforward. No Jargon. Also delivery was fast which was great. I’m very impressed with the cleaning unit. Unit works with just water. We liked the fact that the unit was also available in black as it complements it's surroundings. The results from using the cleaning pod are outstanding I have recommended to several friends already.”

“Really good - wow. Sonic Pro cleaning device is the best thing I have ever bought! It will save you so much hassle and time if you have aligners like me. You wont regret it. Really good customer support as there was a slight delay with my order but all communicated with me so well.”
