“I have been using 3M Clear Aligners for a few years now and only just a few months ago did I finally pull the trigger to buy an ultrasonic cleaner after just using a toothbrush to clean them and I can say that my aligners are cleaner than ever.
They don’t smell bad because the UV light must kill all the bacteria and there is no residue left on them after a 5-min clean with a full cleansing tablet.
The only downside I’ll say is the hinge for the top has no resistance so I have to hold the device in a way that keeps the top from slamming down and getting wet when I have to pour out the used solution. Also, when pouring out, despite my various efforts to attempt to prevent the device from getting wet, the used solution always runs down the front and gets the device wet. We’ll see if this ends up causing an issue in the future.”

“Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. “I’ve been using the Sonic Dental Spa Pro since August 2024, and it has exceeded my expectations. When it arrived promptly, I was thrilled to start using it alongside my Invisalign treatment.
The Sonic Spa Pro effectively cleans my aligners and eliminates odors, significantly enhancing my daily dental routine. I love how fresh and clean it keeps my aligners.
However, after three months of regular use, it unexpectedly stopped working, which was disappointing given its initial performance. Fortunately, the product comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Ava, who was incredibly kind and efficient.
