“Absolutely love my Sonic Spa! I was dubious at first & thought it was just another one of those internet things. I’m so glad I bought one though, I couldn’t live without it & have actually bought another two for friends. If you’re thinking of buying one, just go for it, your aligners will thank you for it!”

“I can’t get a response from this company or my money back. I’ve sent 3 emails, their auto email states they will reply in one day. I’ve been waiting 10 days now without a response. I just want my money back. Not a very good customer service team.”

“The cleaner is great! The company is awful. Signed up for auto fill on cleaning tablets. Never received them. If you email them, which I have done more than once, they have an auto response about answering saying they’ll respond, but they don’t. I’m canceling with my credit card”

“DO NOT purchase products from this company. I purchased 2 products a month ago, and I still haven't received them. I reached out via message twice and they still haven't directly responded to me, and they don't provide a number to call them. Terrible customer service. Don't know if I ever will receive my products.”

“The information on the Sonic Spa website lacks several important details. It advertises 5 minute cleaning which is definitely not the case with Hawley retainers. In the Sonic Spa box is the small instruction booklet with fine print. Page 5: Section Ultraviolet Light: "If using The Sonic Spa to disinfect your dental appliance, after disinfecting one side, turn the item over and run The Sonic Spa again to ensure complete sterilization." With the case of my retainers this requires them to be run through 4 times, once on each side four separate times (the retainers will not sit in the machine side by side). Each run is 5 minutes BUT there is a sticker on the device (not mentioned anywhere else i.e. looks like a last minute item overlooked/defect) that states: "After 3 times of continuous work, the machine needs to rest for 5 minute" SO, in my case it would take 25 minutes to disinfect my 2 retainers!!! Sorry, this is a no go. I cannot recommend this product and am returning it.”

Hi - thanks for the feedback. The Sonic Spa has a metallic tank which reflects the UV-C light which means you do not need to turn your dental appliance over. We have since updated our instructions and have a new device - the Sonic Spa Pro.
