“I ordered a sonic dental spa for my Invisalign aligners. It has a simple, sleek design and is very easy to use. I love that I can clean my aligner trays while I brush my teeth. It's a huge time saver and I'd recommend it to anyone wearing Invisalign, a retainer, or denture.”

“Edited: customer services reached and will be sending a new device. Thank you Received the device in good time. But went to use it for a second time and it stopped working. I’ve reached out to the customer service department twice, but still no response a week later.”

“I initially had a challenging experience receiving my product from Sonic Dental, as it was mostly shipping issues. After speaking with Ava from customer service, they worked very hard to make the issue right and even sent me a free upgraded Sonic Spa Pro as compensation. Ever since then, I have been satisfied with my product and the company.”

Hi - we apologize for the issues experienced. We did explain when you asked for a refund that your order had already been picked and packed and could not be stopped at that point and you were free to return the item. As the item was not returned and was still in your possession, we could not provide a refund and consequently the bank returned the money to us. We are happy to send you a new Sonic Spa Pro free of charge if you reach out to us as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks
