“I want to love Soar, but it has been difficult at times. Sizing is ALL over the place and extremely inconsistent even across similar or same product. I once had an issue where I had a defective item sent to me, and Soar sent the same defective shirt, in the same packaging, back to me not once but TWICE. They then threatened with charging me for shipping if THEY messed up again. That product lasted a year because it's fragile threading was snagged on a deoderant stick. I also paid for expedited shipping on a product, only for it to arrive several days after a standard shipping timeline. I had to fight for a refund on like $8 because they refused to take accountability. The hats are so small they're practically useless. The socks are massive in sizing and come apart almost instantly. I got an Ultra jacket second hand that is suppose to essentially be waterproof, but in a slight drizzle I got socked inside of 5minutes. The singlets are the best out there, however. While their customer service will respond quickly initially, they are difficult to get hold of consistently and often have a condescending tone as if they're annoyed that they have to do their job. I WANT to love them, but they make it difficult. The pricing doesn't match the quality of most products, and especially not the customer service aspect.”

“It's everthing you need when the heat kicks in (and you do not want to train with your race vest). It's super lightweight, fits very nicely (not too tight nor too loose) and guides you through your workout.
I personally like the color scheme and would like to see a few brighter colors :)”
