“Customer service is extremely poor. Employees are beyond condescending and rude. I have had nothing but issues ever ordering from Soar. First time I had to send back a defective item for exchange, and you sent me the same exact item. Then threatened me with paying for additional shipping for your mistake. This time I paid extra for faster shipping only for you to send it normally and tell me too bad. Also for being so overpriced you would think the items would last longer than a season.”
