“I was really impressed how Alison leapt into action within a few hours of me submitting a request. She gave me a wide spread of accomodation options and patiently went back to re-price for tweaked dates and flight times. The option we chose - an all inclusive hotel in Val Thorens - worked perfectly. We were very happy on all fronts.”

“We’ve booked with Snowfinders now every year since 2006! We’ve been to Sweden, Finland, Italy and France. Snowfinders know our requirements and have never disappointed us and as an independent operator are able to offer different options. I'd wholeheartedly recommend their friendly and professional staff to anyone looking to book a fabulous holiday.”

“Snowfinders did an amazing job helping me organise a ski trip for my husband's 50th birthday. Right from the first chats regarding resort and hotel choice through to restaurant bookings, ski hire, and transfers etc.... the team were super knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to organise a group ski trip. I really could not have done this without them!”

“Whilst trying to book a ski holiday at very short notice, I stumbled across the Snow Finders Platform. I'd already tried a lot of providers out there - Nuco, Build my ski trip.com, etc (as well as Airbnb to look for accommodation), but Snow Finders was by far the easiest service to deal with. I called their number on a Sunday, and instantly got through to Nick (getting through to anyone is rare, let alone on a Sunday). Nick was extremely helpful: I listed all of my criteria (cheap, self-catered, within the 3 valleys) and he did his best to find me a great selection of options. Nick was incredibly patient and friendly - over the next few days, I called him up multiple times to specify new criteria, and each time Nick patiently listened and then came up with new options. I was a very difficult customer and Nick made me feel like no request was too much. Each time he'd get back to me within an hour with a personalised list of options. Snow Finders has access to a great database of locations at much more reasonable prices than found online (presumably due to bulk booking). On top of this they offer fantastic customer service - I can't express how good it was to find a service that was so accessible, with actual people on the other end of a phone. Please never change your customer service, it's what makes you great! Eventually we found a room in a hotel in the 3 valleys which was fantastic, and Snowfinders sorted the flights and transfers for us. They also work with reputable providers including CrystalSki, which assuaged any other worries I may have had. Honestly can't recommend Snow Finders enough, thank you again Nick, much appreciated!”
