I was really impressed how Alison leapt into action within a few hours of me submitting a request. She gave me a wide spread of accomodation options and patiently went back to re-price for tweaked dates and flight times. The option we chose - an all inclusive hotel in Val Thorens - worked perfectly. We were very happy on all fronts.
