“Superb customer service. Our holiday was completely tailored to suit our specific needs and everyone with whom we dealt was really friendly, polite and efficient. It was also good value for money - we found it impossible to beat their price ourselves online. Through all the uncertainties of COVID, we were kept informed of changes to travel regulations and flight changes and we felt safe in the knowledge that it was all covered by ABTA. Snowfinders is now our go-to company for brilliant skiing holidays.”

“Nick nailed it for us! A great recommendation to ski in the Dolomites as a change of scene from France. The Snowfinders team found us a great hotel, suited to our specific requirements. They also managed the flights, transfers, lift passes and ski hire. Great service and will definitely use again.”

“The team at Snow Finders helped make our first family holiday abroad since covid a huge success. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids and they helped us understand all the details and organised everything and definitely went above and beyond to help us. We've already looked to book through them again next year and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of the team. They have so much ski knowledge and the team are super friendly, I would recommend them every day!”

“We phoned Snowfinders at very short notice looking for a week’s skiing holiday. Alison listened carefully to our requirements, asking all the right questions, and very shortly afterwards sent us some options. We chose a holiday in Cervinia, flying from Birmingham (our preferred airport) to Turin. It was wonderful! A great hotel (at a discount) with fantastic food, and the skiing was fabulous. We have now used Snowfinders several times and they have never failed to deliver for us.”

“Once again, Alison and the team at Snowfinders negotiated a great deal for my group of 8, this time to Hotel Kristaphoria in Sant Christina Val Gardena in January. We had a fabulous holiday, excellent hotel in a great resort. Booking through Snowfinders provided us with a discounted price and a very patient support service that made it easier to make a group booking by enabling couples within our group to pay individually….. much easier and accessible than dealing directly with a large travel company.”

“Alison at Snow Finders was brilliant. She patiently listened to what type of holiday we wanted and matched these needs with several choices. Then when our holiday was cancelled due to Covid we received back the full balance within days and no nagging! We then rebooked with them, as we had the confidence that they would look after us. We have just returned from the most amazing skiing holiday. I will definitely use Snow Finders next time.”

“I have relied on Snow Finders many times over the years to organise ski trips for my company. The service has always been exceptional down to the very last detail. This year, I asked for Snow Finders help to organise a trip for my 2 teenage children who were stir crazy after ‘lockdown’ As always, Nick went above and beyond and organised a great 2 week holiday in Switzerland. Many thanks to a great company.”

“Customer service is second to none. We had all manner of chaos to deal with when trying to go on an Xmas 2021 skiing trip - changing covid testing regimes, closing of French borders, and finally our son testing positive the night before travel! Nick and his team at Snowfinders were always on the end of the phone, bending over backwards to make things happen (unlike the ski operators themselves who would keep you on hold for hours on end!). We finally made it to Kaprun in January instead, facilitated by Nick helping with re-bookings and securing refunds where due, and we had a fantastic time. I have been using Snowfinders to book my trips for 10+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Nick and the team at Snow Finders were excellent: Really helpful at every stage, from choosing a resort that suited everyone in our group, right through to sound advice on the latest rules and restrictions, even as things changed day-by-day before we traveled. I've used them several times, but for this year's trip, they really took the stress out of organising a skiing holiday during these turbulent times.”

“As ever Nick was amazingly helpful in finding us a last minute replacement for our planned ski in France mid-Jan that was scuppered thanks to the border being closed to us Brits at the time. We went instead to Sestriere in Italy staying in the Hotel Principi di Piemonte. They looked after us brilliantly and in a nutshell we'd happily go again. Good sized rooms, excellent food, ski lockers, boot warmers, decent ski domain. One of our party of 6 adults was a first-timer and she really enjoyed the ski school (5 mornings) and the general whole experience. As for before we went, we would never have found it without Snowfinders' professional help, friendliness and patience, particularly in putting the whole package together on the Thursday afternoon before Sunday departure. Been booking through Snowfinders now for years - can't remember how many but it must be approaching 20 - and despite never having met Nick or his team face to face it feels like talking to an old friend and I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone who loves the white stuff. They listen to what we are looking for each year and are always seem to come up with a good selection within our budget, better than we can find doing the usual internet trawl. Cheers all!”

“We have returned to Snowfinders time & time again over the past 8 years. It’s great to speak to the same person each time and form a relationship that benefits the requirements of our group, very friendly and always willing to help.
