“Staff were so friendly,and very empathetic to your requests.If they promised a phone call at a specific time,it always happened.It felt like nothing was too much trouble for them.I had been in the travel industry for 36years,and I know what customer satisfaction means.Good luck in the future and I hope to book more holidays with you.”

“I have been happily booking Snow Finders for a number of years and been rewarded with great knowledge professional service & this year they have upped their game again I was stressed over the covid situation re getting the correct tests ordered and what sites to go on and I spoke to Snow Finders and they stayed on the phone and talked me through the whole process and Tom my stress away and now everything is booked Thank you so much I would not think of booking a Ski holiday through any other company”

“I've used Snowfinders for more than a decade for nearly every ski trip I've booked, from large groups of friends, to family trips. I will never go anywhere else. They are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and particularly skilled at identifying fantastic last minute deals if you can be flexible with your travel. Especially in these pandemic times, it's so important to book via a company that you know will do their best to look after you in the event of any disruption (which is more than can be said for the ski operators themselves sometimes!!)”

“Snowfinders always make booking a ski holiday so easy- they listen to what you want, give you plenty of great options and organise exactly what you asked for- we have always had a great experience with them- we wouldn’t use anyone else! This year we went to Morzine and stayed at le petit dru- great hotel and great skiing for couple with very different skiing abilities!!”

“We've been using Snowfinders for over 10 years for family skiing trips and they have catered from ski starters to demanding teenagers, we rely on their knowledge and resort suggestions. This year we stayed in the Geiger life hotel in Serfaus, good food, excellent skiing and experienced the village underground train. We would always been happy to recommend Snowfinders to our friends.”

“The pandemic caused the cancellation of a big expensive family ski trip. We could not accept a credit for next year as we won't all be available. Nick at Snowfinders chased and cajoled the tour operator till we got our refund. We are very grateful to him.”

“I have been using snow finders for years to find all sorts of ski trips - for family, girls long weekends , boys trips - and they have always come up trumps. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to keep searching until they find exactly what we want.”

“We've regularly returned to Snow Finders for various types of ski holiday over the years, from chalet-based family+friends+childcare needs to more luxurious hotels for myself and partner. Everyone is super-helpful and really knowledgable about the resorts, accommodation and choices. Most recently we stayed at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Kitzbuhel which we'd thoroughly recommend. Right opposite the main ski-lift, small enough to be personal, great food. Thank you and we will be back!”

“This year we stayed in Val d'isere at the Chalet hotel Le Savoie, and it was a great place to stay. The food was very good, accommodation lovely and clean, and excellent position within the Village. Everyything ran extremely smoothly. My contact at Snowfinders was Alison and she was yet again extremely helpful and always came straight back to me with any queries that i had. Her knowledge was excellent and having been in the travel industry myself for over 20 years, i can honestly say that i would always be very happy in recommending Snowfinders in the future.”

“We stayed in Chalet Chamois D’Or in Morzine. Our hosts were Andy and Vicky who were fantastic in every way, so helpful, friendly and meals were delicious and variable. Chalet in great location, a good 20 minute walk into town, but excellent door to door bus service. A huge thank you to all at Snowfinders and Mountain Heaven for an excellent service making our holiday near enough perfect. I have used your company before and would highly recommend you and look forward to booking with you next year. Mrs V Wallis.”

“We have used Snow Finders for many years and we have always been very pleased with their customer service, which is excellent. So much so, that we have never needed to find an alternative company to assist us with finding quality winter ski breaks at a price that suits us. They make the booking process extremely easy! We are very happy to recommend them.”

“I have been phoning Nick and the team for many years ski holidays - I tell him the dates, number of people, all the essentials and voila - every year’s holiday is better than the last. We have travelled as big group, a couple and a family of four - always seems to work and always hassle free. Can’t imagine booking a ski trip any other way!”

“Another fantastic skiing holiday in La Rosiere. “First time booking through Snowfinders. They were recommended by a friend who has used them on a few occasions previously. We were extremely pushed for both suitable dates and budget, however, Alison quickly found us a great apartment that suited us perfectly and we were all booked in next to no time. Will definitely be booking next season's ski with Snowfinders!”
