“The best shopping experience ever! I telephoned with a query and actually spoke to the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. My order arrived quickly, unfortunately the item was a little too tight and I therefore had to return it. Fantastic, prompt communication on email (even late at night). I received a refund the day after I posted the item back. I cannot express just how much I have been impressed at every stage. Quality product, competitive prices and exemplary service. “Excellent service start to donut. Contacted Stephen to ask about sizing and gave to say his knowledge is second to none! Great advice extremely prompt shipping and a new Barbour coat that is a perfect fit, all complimented by a hand written note 10/10 shopping as it should be!!!”
