“I won the raffle for the air max 95 SB’s but somehow the shop app put the wrong address in. I panicked as I really wanted the shoes and didn’t want them to be shipped to the wrong address. A quick email to Slam City and they sorted it and I couldn’t be happier. Genuinely great staff working there, one of the best skate shops in the UK, been shopping there for years. Big thanks to Rich for ameding the address on the order and the warm friendly replies.”

“Well the delivery was good as I got my griptape when expected however the deck hasn’t come yet however customer service is really godom and they sent a partial refund and have resent the deck so uk pretty happy and the person in customer service who really helped was Rich so if you reach out and Rich reply’s you should be fine overall 5 as customer service really boosted the rating and that I got a free slam city skates sticker.”
