“I ordered the present, a small smart bag, requested by my 14 year old grandson, for Christmas. It arrived promptly, as promised. I like the quality of my grandson's choice.”

“I bought a gift card for a present and it didn't come with an envelope. Once I emailed in, they said they couldn't send me one out ad they couldn't print anymore. The gift cards are made out of card so obviously don't want someone to tear the gift card whilst opening it. Bit rubbish really.”
