“I've been using/supporting this local London skate shop for a long time and always found them keen to share product knowledge and advice, both in person and online, without being creepy about it. Online, the range they stock is pretty wide and I think the choice is great for a independent retailer. They have a pop-up web messnger box to help with any queries, which seems to be covered all hours and response is almost immmediate - impressive :-) Dispatch times are lighnting fast and orders come with basic tracking. Returns are really straight forward with plenty of time to do so. Big online retailers will always be able to swamp the public with an overwhelming array of choices and unrealistic discounts, but if you ever want to visit a skate shop, get a job in one or even start one of your own, then you best spend your money with independents like these guys.”
