However, Slam City Skates contacted me directly via email and then by phone and rapidly and were able to sort alternatives; which as the items ordered were a birthday present for my son was hugely appreciative. Very friendly and helpful (and apologetic) service. Hence still 5 stars. It's not that things dont go wrong; the sign of a good company is how they deal with things when they do go wrong. Highly recommend.”
