“The squad at Slam are always great to deal with and polite when doing so and this time was no different when dealing with a couple of customer service enqueries. They always hook up an extra or two too, like with including a copy of Vague and Free Skate Mag which not everyone does regardless if they're free. The only case for improvement that I can recommend based on my latest experience is updating their delivery info regarding when the latest time to order is before the cut off point for next day delivery. I learnt that the system may notify the warehouse up to 30 minutes later so ordering in the last 30 minutes should be warned, or the 'purchase before' time should be amended so that you can guarantee a next day delivery without leaving it to the last 30 mins and expect it even though it's stated. Big up!!”
