“I had a lovely experience with Slam City Skates. I ordered off their website and it came quickly. Only issue was my fault. I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Slam asking if I could collect from their store as it wasn't too far from me and they had the right size sent out shortly after I sent that email with a tracking link forwarded to me. i went to the shop and the guy I spoke to was very friendly and overall it was a pleasant expereince. I will definitely be using them again”

Keelan heard my frustration, he followed up with dpd and he was super kind hearted - so often at the end of the phone the reception is - not my problem - keelan owned the problem. “Always good to buy from Slam City, online is delivered quickly and in great condition, and in shop they're a good bunch of lads. As a 50+ year old skater I also appreciate the fact that Slam City have been at the core of the skating scene since I started in the late 80s, so this is the shop I buy from when my local skate shop doesn't have what I want.”
