Hello Daniel, Thank you for shopping with us, could you please tell us where you were offered free shipping with your order? I have looked on our system and can not seem to locate it, we are more then happy to correct this for you.

“I found the website super easy to use. Everything is laid out perfectly and items are easy to locate. No complaints on that front. However was a little disappointed to find that you do not refund or exchange gripped decks. I went to return a deck that was too big for me, it had not been skated was brand new with grip but I couldn't I feel like this policy should be reviewed as it was not made clear that gripped decks could not be refunded and now I must find a way to sell the board and try make my money back.”
