“Before I placed an order I used the chat box on the website to ask about the deck I was interested in. Very informative and replied immediately. I was worried that if the deck arrived defective that it would be hard to return as I am currently experiencing this with another skate store. I was assured I could return the product personally at their store and find a replacement. I didn't need to take them up on that offer as the deck arrived in perfect condition and I had many updates on the progress of the delivery. Even told me which hour it would arrive which was very helpful. Would recommend 100%.”
