“Had a slight issue with an order not arriving due to being out of stock. After emailing slam City customer services, they replied promptly and sent out an item to compensate the next day. They also refunded my postage costs. I couldn't ask for more. I would be more than happy to shop with them again and have recommended them to my friends. Their customer service response tells me that they care about the customer, to a business and a customer that's bang on. Excellent.”
