I don’t live in London any more but I remember as a teen back in like 2010 I used to love going in the Covent Garden store, the staff were always friendly and they built a whole set up for me when I was a kid. “Reputation matters and after reading reviews I went online to 'Slam City' to order my grandson's first ever skateboard. The website gave plenty of information which I needed to complete my purchase especially as it was for a nine year old and I knew nothing about skateboards!
