“Excellent communication - I emailed to change my email address for an order and got an incredibly quick reply and the mistake rectified immediately! Very fast delivery - I opted for the slower delivery which could have taken up to 5 days, but was pleasantly surprised when it was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived 2 days later, very happy! “while there was an initial problem with actually shipping the board I ordered, that was resolved, however now that the board has arrived, there's an issue with the bushings in the trucks - on both trucks the bushings are bulging out and its causing for there to be one side of the board higher up than the other, so only 3 wheels are on the floor at a given time when resting. After skating on the board for a bit it seems like the bolt is just sinking further down and the bushings are bulging out more. The deck itself, hoever, is perfect and I love it.”

With brand new trucks this can often be the case for the first few skates, until the bushings in the truck wear in and loosen up. If you want tighter trucks we'd highly recommend upgrading the bushing to a harder bushing, to prevent the bulging you mention.
